I've added a prior blog post encompassing my collection of favorite yoga poses I hope you enjoyed but now I've decided to add a part two incorporating more yoga and pilates poses that may strengthen your core and increase flexibility. Some of the poses were taken while I was doing yoga on the beach, at home and in the gym. You can add any of these poses to your workout routine to push you forward. Some of the poses include: handstands, backbends, wheel pose, plank, triangle pose, warrior 1 and 2, standing split, flute kicks, splits, scissors, Russian twists, and tree pose.
