3 Min Yoga & Ab Workouts























After becoming yoga certified I enjoyed teaching others techniques that would help people add to their workout routine in a tactful way. Ways that may benefit moving your body with strength and ease are the best ways to add flexibility and stress release to your stature. My instructors taught me yoga and the science behind it and in my videos I add my twist on their teachings to benefit others. Many different pilates, yoga and ab workouts are added to these videos in a short duration that may be added to any day's workout routine. The easy to digest videos I made were trimmed down on purpose so that others may easily try different poses on a daily basis, I also have longer, fuller length videos on my YouTube channel and on my website.
