Yoga & Pilates Videos










After getting yoga certified, I wanted to film a few yoga and pilates workout videos that are easy to follow. Some videos use weights and others do not which make it easy to follow or add to your regular workout routine everyday or whenever you practice. Here are a few yoga videos I filmed that are longer in length yet short and sweet to follow or add to any day's workout routine. These exercises include yoga, ab workouts, pilates, and strength training. Have fun, enjoy and most importantly namaste everyday! To my beginner yogis and dancers, I hope you enjoy the easy to listen music I added to the videos that are relaxing to make your yoga flow and workout regime more zen!
